Åland Convention Bureau's help includes:
- working with the organisers to identify and explore their needs and the possibilities Åland has to offer. We also draw up a plan of future activities including a timetable.
- making preliminary bookings of facilities and accommodation
- making a rough plan of the event programme including any supplementary programmes
- drawing up a budget
- producing appropriate marketing material to present Åland as a meeting venue
- (e.g. PowerPoint presentation, photo and film content, flyers, bid book)
- organising viewings for key people
